Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple projects with clear objectives and scope.
- Define project scope, timelines, and resources.
- Work with stakeholders to establish project deliverables.
- Ensure efficient project scheduling to meet deadlines.
- Proactively address potential delays to maintain timelines.
- Oversee projects from inception to delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, cost, and schedule.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Engage stakeholders at all levels and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Ensuring transparent communication channels within the team.
- Review project finances and assess viability for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Masters in Chemical or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 6 years of experience in related Project Management.
- Experience in managing build projects.
- Ability to lead and manage a team, with critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- With PMP certification from PMI or related.
