- Manage full sets of accounts, GST and compliance of a given portfolio of client companies.
- Responsible for full spectrum of payroll functions in relation to the portfolio of clients (monthly CPF contribution, IR8A tax submission)
- Ensure accurate recording of accounting transactions and analysis financial information to prepare meaningful management accounts and supporting schedules;
- Timely preparation of accounts and financial reports to comply with the clients’ policies and statutory requirements.
- Coordinating and liaising with clients on accounting matters and queries.
- Always ensuring client satisfaction is managed at its best.
- Other duties as assigned by the Management and HOD
Job Requirements
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
· Degree in Accounting or ACCA Level 2 & above qualification in Accountancy
· Has at least 2 years of relevant experience in an accounting firm preferably in an outsourcing services environment.
COMPETENCIES
· Proficient understanding Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), Singapore Payroll Compliance and Singapore Goods and Services Tax (“GST”) regulations
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
· Good knowledge of accounting software (XERO Accounting) is an advantage.
· Independent in managing own workload, ability to work under pressure and keep things moving and to juggle multiple tasks.
