Job Responsibilities:
- Manages all VCA clients and provides SME product support across the business for onboarding
- Be a specialist and a tech expert on Virtual cards (VCA), File feed and connectivity, and API connectivity related matters with hands-on approach
- Supports client request for launch and any ongoing technical support related to VCA cards products
- Launch of key partnerships in getting them technically ready and conducting product trainings to internal stakeholders and clients for commercialization
- SME support for launch of functionality relating to VCA product including UAT and production testing and verification prior to rollout
- Acts as presales support when needed for complex deals
- Supporting onboarding and other activities assisting with data migration on platform
- Coordinates internally on various VCA Helpdesk escalation activities
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in project manager (with a good understanding of Comm / Virtual cards)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
