Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct troubleshooting of technical issues and provide solutions or recommendations.
- Coordinate and schedule service visits to customer sites for installation, maintenance, or repair of equipment.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and resolving customer complaints or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service visits, and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and engineering, to provide comprehensive customer support.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the continuous improvement efforts of the customer service team.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Optics Engineering
- With 3 year of relevant work experience in Machine Vision Application.
- Knowledgeable with vision/optical
- Willingness to travel.
