About the Role:
At MAGES, the role of a Course Advisor is pivotal in guiding and inspiring prospective students through their academic and career decisions. As a Course Advisor, you will serve as the first point of contact for students and parents, helping to align their goals with our educational offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Course Consultation and Career Counseling: Provide detailed information about our courses, offering personalized guidance to align with students' career aspirations. Assist students in selecting courses that will fulfill their educational needs and help achieve their life goals.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively guiding students through the enrollment process and matching them with suitable courses.
- Student and Parent Support: Act as a problem-solver for students and their families, offering solutions to educational challenges and guiding them through grant applications and other financial assistance options.
- Marketing and Lead Generation: Work closely with the marketing department to develop strategies that attract a steady stream of prospective students.
- Student Onboarding: Collaborate with the Student Support team to ensure a welcoming and efficient onboarding process, addressing any concerns to enhance the learning experience.
- Academic Strategy: Partner with the Academic Director to adapt course content and marketing strategies to current industry demands and student needs.
- Business Development: Contribute to growth strategies alongside the Business Development Manager, seeking new opportunities and partnerships.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in career counseling, student counseling, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Experience in strategic planning, contract negotiation, and meeting sales targets is advantageous.
