Management Associate (Actuarial Track)
Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated and talented fresh graduates from Actuarial Science or related fields with less than 3 years of experience to join the ASPIRE: Prudential Corporate Graduate Programme in the Actuarial Specialist Track. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are interested in becoming a future-ready Actuarial leader in a leading insurance company. ASPIRE is a two plus three-year programme that offers a forward-looking, holistic and deliberate development programme aimed at accelerating progression for successful candidates through targeted interventions to build future-ready leaders.
Job Responsibilities:
• Participate in various departmental rotations throughout the organization for the first two years, including actuarial pricing, valuation, modelling, capital management, and more
• Lead and execute company-wide projects to drive strategic initiatives
• Participate in short-term projects to gain new skills and development opportunities
Job Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Less than three years of work experience in any field.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• The willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
• A strong desire to pursue a career in actuarial science.
• Passed or made significant progress towards passing actuarial exams.
