Job Summary

  • Support the implementation of Warranty (Standard and Extended) & Service offerings, analysis & reporting for Regional HQ and subsidiaries in South East Asia.

Warranty (Standard/Extended)

  1. Responsible for Warranty & Service offerings related operational tasks (i.e. price setting, alignment with Business units, implementation and process alignment with subsidiaries).
  2. Collaborate with Business units to obtain warranty conditions prior product launch.
  3. Ensure system and processes are maintained to fulfil set warranty conditions, in line with HQ policies.
  4. Set and maintain Warranty & Service offerings master and pricing in system

Aftersales cost analysis & reporting

  1. Support as back-up PIC for Aftersales financials reporting & analysis monthly
  • Support review of Regional Warranty & Service offerings to ensure alignment to market requirements
  • Support Regional HQ with analysis & reports as assigned by management
  • Review and set up processes, problem-solving and continuous improvement/PDCA
  • Provide prompt support to the management and team for any other assignments/duties that are required based on business needs

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure accurate Warranty & Service offerings to support Business requirements
  • Ensure timely release of Warranty (Standard/Extended) conditions/offerings before product launch
  • Provide analysis on Extended Warranty costs (profitability) for price setting/alignment
  • Timely submission of Aftersales financials reporting as back-up PIC when required

Job Requirements


Job / Skills Competencies

  • Warranty management & administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Problem-solving and Continuous improvement mindset
  • Meticulous, Analytical, Team player, Effective communicator (Verbal & Written)

Work Experience

  • Minimum 5 years in Aftersales Service, in MNC with B2B & B2C setting
  1. Service product/ extended warranty price setting and cost analysis
  2. Service / post-sale support environment
  3. Financials related function, data tabulation/ processing

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business/Finance related
