Responsibilities:
- Apply risk management methods to design compliance management requirements and compliance responsibility framework for the business system.
- Identify compliance risks in the business domain, analyze root causes of compliance risks, and predict changes and trends in compliance risks.
- Develop solutions for compliance issues, utilize compliance management methodologies to optimize compliance risk management solutions by internalizing external regulations, and effectively control major risks.
- Implement professional compliance activities, promote and monitor the implementation of compliance policies in business departments. Have compliance emergency management capabilities to effectively respond to crises.
- Interpret compliance requirements and publicize compliance policy and process requirements internally. Communicate effectively with business teams to build influence.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong strategic planning and logical thinking skills
- Strong organizational, learning, cross-team communication, and driving abilities
- Candidates with experience in compliance, legal affairs, auditing, inspection, and internal control are preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud business processes is preferred.
