Our client is a well-established Manufacturer of Hardware.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicate relevant information
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Process orders accurately and on time
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor the team’s progress
- Identify shortcomings and propose improvements
Requirements:
- Experience as a sales coordinator or in administrative positions is a plus.
- Knowledge of general hardware products such as bolts, nuts, washers, etc. is an added advantage.
- Good computer skills (MS Office).
