Contract: Until December 2024
Working Days: 5 days across Monday - Sunday
Office Location: Novena/ Clarke Quay, islandwide deployment
- Supervise a team of customer experience officers
- Manage and arrange household field interviews
- Provide specialized subject specific trainings/guidance to customer experience officers
- Manage escalated cases
- Conduct personal visit to respondents when required
- Provide administrative support to customer experience officers
- Ensure highest level of customer experience
Requirements:
- Singaporean
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a call centre environment
- Experience with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Willing and able to persuade respondents to participate in surveys
- Exceptional listening and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
- Required to pass compulsory training on the first week of work
