Job Description
- Able to work with various type of printing machine and laser cutting machine.
- Analyze and provide cost control and cost effectiveness strategy.
- Ensure production & material planning in ensuring production efficiency and on time delivery.
- Ensure effective control of machine up/down time and well scheduled and optimized planning in machine / work-center load.
- Manpower balancing and deployment strategy with manpower skill set.
- Implement program to ensure productivity, cost and quality effectiveness, general housekeeping and safety.
- Identify and conduct management / training workshop to initiate / facilitate staff in aligning with organizations missions and objectives.
- Support other function activities within the company to achieve the overall business goals and objectives.
- Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
- Check final products before installation
- Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
- In-charge of wood work production.
- Maintain activity logs
Job Requirements
- Diploma of any field
- At least 3 year in a similar capacity
- Able to use software such as SketchUp, AI and cutting software
- Working hours: 9 to 6 PM (Mon to Fri), 9 to 1 PM (Sat)
- Able to multitask at the same period of time
- Able to work with different departments on a single project
- Team player
