What is the job about?
- You are expected to prospect and upsell into accounts within the Banking and Finance sector.
- Identify potential opportunities, develop sales ideas, pitch and execute advertising sales initiatives.
- Drive advertising marketing solutions across all our media platforms including print, digital, online and events.
- Establish and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with different departments and functional teams within the organisation.
- Achieving sales targets and meet the given KPI(s).
Who are we looking for?
- Media sales experience in online media and traditional advertising.
- Good understanding of the banking and finance sector.
- Strong network & experience working alongside media agencies.
- Proven sales track record with strong presentation and negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
- Results-oriented with a hunter mindset to grow new revenue and exceed sales targets.
- Team player who is able to maintain productive work relations within the organisation and across client network.
- To be able to work both independently with minimum supervision and in a team.
- Comfortable working in a high pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience of CRM and Salesforce is an added advantage.
- Experienced in navigating through complex client organisations and establishing excellent rapport at all levels, especially with C-level clients.
