Job Description
As a Senior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in Real-Time Incidents (RTI) projects, contributing to the real-time accuracy of map data on our Partner's platform. Your key responsibilities include:
● Proactively monitor live markets to identify and capture disruptions or incidents for the assigned regions.
● Ensure real-time incidents are promptly and accurately documented using appropriate tools and systems.
● Reflect captured incidents on the Partner's map to provide timely and accurate guidance for all map users.
Job Requirements
● 0-2 years of experience as a Spanish-English Translator/ Specialist/ Analyst, demonstrating fluent translation for RTI projects in Spanish-English speaking markets.
● B1/B2 language certification in Spanish.
● Good understanding of all forms of public transport.
● Additional language proficiency in either German or French is a plus.
● QGIS Skills are preferred and not mandatory
● 1 year of technical support or other problem-solving experience is preferred.
● Flexible with rotational shifts and weekdays off, as the role involves 365 days, 24/7 support.
● Comfortable using a variety of online sources in various languages (preferred but not a must).
● Coordinate and switch between multiple workflows, adapting to a fast-paced environment.
● Strong web-research ability to analyze and interpret patterns and trends, recording findings with written notes and using appropriate software.
● Keen attention to detail and self-motivated.
● Able to maintain a positive attitude and attention to detail when performing repetitive tasks.
● Adaptable and able to learn new projects and processes.
● Good judgment and decision-making capability.
● Customer service background in a communications team is a plus.
