Position Title: Jewellery Sales Executive
- Location:Orchard Road
- Working Days: 5-day work week, must be able to work retail hours, roster rotation (includes PH, weekends)
- Working Hours: 10.45am – 9pm
Salary: Junior role - Up to $3,000
Senior role - Up to $4,000
The Role:
We are looking for a Jewellery Sales Executive. You will be working directly with the customers, providing them product knowledge and effectively selling both the brand and product. You will be required to share brand history, product knowledge and the highest level of customer service with all potential customers.
Responsibilities:
As a sales executive it is key that you build long term relationships with customers. You are expected to familiarize yourself with the products so as to easily recommend based on the customer’s needs and preferences. You will have to work hand in hand with your sales team and boutique manager to achieve sales targets. You will also be required to perform cashiering duties and follow-up with customers on after sales services. Your duties will include negotiating and closing high value sale and handling any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year retail sales experience required for junior position, prior experience in luxury jewellery/watch is preferred
- Basic I.T. skills are necessary, knowledge of MS Excel and Word
- Able to commit to retail hours including weekends and public holidays
