■RESPONSIBILITIES
**Job Overview:**
A leading global game developer and publisher, is seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our Marketing team in the Singapore office.
This will be an on-site and full-time role based in Singapore.
The Singapore office functions as a central hub for supporting Southeast Asia, taking on the responsibilities of licensing, public relations, and marketing efforts for the region.
We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about gaming and possesses a well-founded comprehension of the prevailing gaming market trends in Indonesia. As the Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in the planning of localized marketing strategies and execution of marketing activities for the Indonesian market.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Localization Strategy:** Develop and execute marketing plans tailored to the cultural nuances of the Indonesian market.
- **Content Creation:** Collaborate with the global marketing team to adapt and create engaging content, ensuring it resonates effectively with the target audience.
- **Social Media Management:** Oversee and manage social media channels for the respective markets, ensuring consistent and relevant communication with the gaming community.
- **Partnership Development:** Cultivate relationships with local influencers and gaming communities to amplify its presence in the region.
- **Market Research:** Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and cultural developments to inform marketing strategies.
- **Reporting and Analysis:** Regularly analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
■REQUIREMENTS
**Qualifications:**
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in either Thai and English, or Bahasa Indonesian and English is required for effective planning and execution of localized marketing strategies and activities targeting the Thai or Indonesian market respectively.
- Proficiency in Japanese language is advantageous but not a prerequisite, intended for effective liaison with counterparts in Tokyo, Japan.
- Strong understanding of the video gaming culture in Thailand or Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Experience working cross-functional teams and collaborating with international counterparts.
- User of social media platforms such as Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, LINE, etc.
- Knowledge and understanding of Thai or Indonesian gaming communities and platforms will be advantageous.
- Previous experience in the Gaming/Entertainment industry will be preferred.
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident of Singapore may apply.
