Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Sales team for all export sales-related job duties.
- Follow up sales order from local and overseas customer.
- To prepare purchase order to factory and follow up the production issues.
- To co-ordinate loading plan with customer and factory to ensure orders delivery smoothly.
- To perform clerical duties, SAP data entry and preparation of sales document and regular reports.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec/''O" Level/Diploma or equivalent, any field.
- Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Minimum with 1-2 years working experience in FMCG sales administration / logistics support.
- Preferably with Import/Export administrative work experience.
- Strong communication, Interpersonal skills, self-motivated, results-oriented.
- Good command of both verbal and written English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
- 1 year contract (Renewable/Convertible)
- Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.
