Salary: $2,000 - $2,300 + Project allowances
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture or equivalent
- Able to draw 2D and 3D designs for residential and commercial projects
- IT-savvy with design software, phone apps, social media, ZOOM, Google Docs and MS Office
- Fluent in using software(s): AutoCAD / Google SketchUp / 3D Studio Max / Photoshop
- Competent knowledge and Passion for excellence in Design
- Site experience
Job Description
You will work under the leadership of Senior Designers on Residential and Commercial projects; you are required to collaborate with different team of contractors and suppliers. As an Interior Designer, you are require to travel to project sites and to do proper project planning and coordination to ensure timely completion.
Job Scope:
- Work closely with Senior Designer to understand clients’ requirements
- Work with a design team and prepare drawings, costing, quotation and proposal
- Work closely with Senior Designer to manage project tasks and work schedule
- Meet and present Design Proposal to clients
- Follow-through all required clients communications
- Maintain excellent customer relationship
