Job Responsibilities
- Check daily attendance and perform full spectrum of payroll today for employees.
- Process monthly and advance payments for employees.
- Declare IR21.
- Check, update and manage leave / MC applications of employees.
- Check and verify deductions and liquidated damages bills.
- Check and prepare salary requisitions.
- Check and process NS make up claims/ Childcare claims / reimbursement requests.
- Update employee’s monthly union membership
- Manage employee grievance and performance on a timely basis.
- Conduct exit interview and home leave interviews.
- Conduct employee feedback survey.
- Complete any other ad-hoc duties assigned by General Manager.
- Must have good knowledge in MOM regulations.
Perform any other duties assigned by Manager.
Job Requirements
Min Diploma
At least 1 year of payroll administration experience
Competent in handling full spectrum of payroll work
Able to handle high volume of payroll
Office located next to Joo Koon MRT
