Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure the smooth implementation and execution of all banquet events.
• Supervise casual labour to ensure service standards and grooming are maintained according to policy.
• Ensure all team members in direct guest contact have full knowledge of the menus for each event.
• Ensure proper handling of food and beverage, equipments, meetings, supplies, crockery, glassware.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by identifying and responding to guest needs.
• Perform report on all events handled.
• Maintenance of respective assigned event space to be in good working condition.
• Team members may be assigned to take on addition roles or other duties in the hotel as and when required by operations’ requirements or business levels.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of restaurant / banquet experience is preferred.
