Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal training.
- Yearly training needs analysis (TNA)
- Arrange and assist in leadership trainings
- Gather training needs for leadership training
- Yearly training budgeting/proposal
- Arrange for external training e.g.: Mandatory, Functional, general upskilling courses depending on company needs based on TNA
- System implementation for L&D, including management & maintenance
- Assist and create online training using training system, including launching, and facilitating of the training program
- Managing electronic gadgets for training
Requirements:
- Possess Degree in Human Resource Management or in any discipline
- Min 3 years of experience in Training & Development
- Strong in communication skills
- Strategic, proactive, resourceful and work in a fast paced environment
- Able to be hands-on, resourceful and creative in problem/situational solving
