Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding related activities and asset requisition and inventory reporting, purchase requests, purchase orders, goods received, staff/building access cards application
- Understand & progresses the team towards the function’s priorities and strategic goals
- Business Management activities, including (but not limited to) communications and space management
- Support various management and governance forums & workshops
- Support special initiatives that may arise
- Partner with a variety of internal & external stakeholders to achieve the objectives
- Participate in team events as and when needed
- Assist in any adhoc projects and admin as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree with strong communication and interpersonal skils
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience secretary / executive admin / office manager roles previously
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Highly proficient office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of SAP PEMS experience would be advantageous
