What you will be working on:
- Manage and optimize CICD pipelines for streamlined change and release management processes
- Implement and operate monitoring and alerting tools
- Maintain configuration management, build, continuous integration, and deployment tools
- Design and implement production infrastructure architecture based on application requirements, ensuring scalability, availability, and security.
- Implement security practices that comply with standards to protect the organization's data and infrastructure
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, fast paced environment
- Working in highly collaborative teams and building quality environments
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of relevant DevOps experience
- Hands-on experience working on AWS
- Hands-on experience with configuring automated build, test, and deployment pipelines to streamline the software delivery process.
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience with configuration management systems such as Terraform, Packer and Ansible
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Experience deploying and managing mission-critical applications in production environments.
- Hands-on experience in linux server administration, and shell scripting with Bash, and good to have other scripting languages
- Has knowledge with tools such as Prometheus, Thanos, Grafana, ELK
- Experience with highly scalable distributed systems
- Breadth of knowledge - OS, networking, distributed computing, cloud computing
- Strong technical aptitude including excellent troubleshooting and communications skills
- Good understanding and working knowledge of Agile projects such as SCRUM and KANBAN
