Job Description
This is a role seated at the corporate office where you will lead all corporate pricing and performance management activities. You will lead the review of overall price setting and execution to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with business objectives. You will monitor market competitiveness, identify available benchmarks and pricing intelligence to determine competitor pricing strategy and assess the effectiveness of existing pricing structures. You will utilise BI tools to design dashboards and implement KPIs and targets reporting with regional controllers and regional pricing teams. You will provide strategic recommendations to executive teams and respective department heads across commercial, marketing and finance teams. You will be required to provide trainings and support the development of complex pricing models and tools to drive decision making and pricing simulations.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate should have the following:
- University degree in Business, Finance or Engineering. MBA will be a great plus.
- Strong pricing domain knowledge with demonstrated analytical competence in financial modelling
- Strong communication skills and a confident presenter; thrives well in a complex and multi-cultured environment
- Demonstrates strong influencing skills and business partnering abilities with key executive level
- Advanced strategic thinking but able to be hands-on in building things up
- Solid commercial acumen with great storytelling abilities
