Small office directly opposite MRT station, in a 2-sty conservation shophouse near Bugis, requires all rounder with good EXCEL/accounting skills on a 5-day work week, annual leave & reasonable work hours of 9.30am - 4.30pm.

Job scope includes maintaining simple accounts, check balances & daily emails, tracking various expenses & payments, liaising with parties, invoicing, payments etc. Basic admin skill includes typing, physical/e-filing (to server), phone answering, banking etc. No need to produce full set of accounts as there is external accountant for submission & tax purposes.

Must be polite, numerate, computer literate & confident with WORD & EXCEL or other software; meticulous in spelling, accuracy & good personal presentation.
