The Sales Operations Assistant at Klook is a vital role that provides crucial marketing support to the Klook sales team. As a member of the team, you will contribute to the smooth operation of the sales department and assist in driving business growth.

What you'll be doing:

  • Assist in the preparation of marketing campaign proposals and reports by collaborating with internal stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Handle general accounting duties, including raising payment requests, issuing invoices, and generating basic accounting reports to support financial processes.
  • Collaborate with the Legal department on contract management, ensuring compliance and timely execution of agreements.
  • Represent the sales team by attending online or in-person workshops and events organized by clients, actively engaging and fostering positive relationships.
  • Coordinate and deliver pre- and post-sales operational support, ensuring seamless logistical assistance for sales operations.
  • Take part in ad-hoc tasks as assigned and demonstrate flexibility to support the overall goals of the sales team.


What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or a similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel overseas approximately 20% to 30% of the time.
  • Experience in digital & social marketing is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analysis is a plus.
  • Experience and Knowledge of the travel industry, OTA and/or e-commerce is a plus.
