We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architecture Lead to join our team to define and maintain the overall Enterprise Architecture governance framework for IT and develop target state blueprints for enterprise architecture.
Based in our Head Office in Middle Road and reporting to Head of Department, Enterprise Architecture & Insights Platform, the incumbent will be responsible for reviewing, approving and providing advice for all architecture domains. He/She will also be responsible for developing and keeping current all required EA models, reference architectures, documentation and associated templates.

Key Responsibilities
- You will provide overall direction for EA vision, objectives and guiding principles and define the target state blueprints for business, application and technology architecture.
- You will develop architectural products and deliverables for the enterprise and operational business lines in accordance with the strategy and goals of the organization.
- You will provide overall support for the daily operation of the Architecture Practice, manage overall EA Metrics and communications of the EA Scorecard, manage and oversee effective operation of Architecture Standards, Architecture Asset Mgmt. and Architecture Assurance processes.
- You will monitor activities and ensure adoption and conformance to governance processes for architecture development, and alignment between business unit and the overall enterprise.
- You will manage, coach and mentor team, set performance targets and evaluate delivery against targets. Enforce / ensure corporate and department standards, policies and guidelines within the team.
- You will identify new emerging trends, capture new business requirements, identify enterprise architecture improvements, and drive execution with IT cross functional teams.
- You will serve as point of escalation, review and approval for key issues and decisions for all architecture domains.
Minimum Requirements
- You have Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related IT discipline.
- You have 8 years of experience in enterprise architectural concepts, methodologies and implementations.
- You have certification in TOGAF.
- You have a proven ability to balance business demands and IT fulfillment in terms of standardization, reducing risk and increasing IT flexibility.
- You have the ability to work in environments with competing and alternating priorities and a constant focus on delivery.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams within and outside the Group IT.
- You have demonstrated knowledge of enterprise architecture and implementation features.
