Senior Tax Manager AMEA

The Team:

Within the Finance Department, we are looking for a dedicated and team-oriented new colleague to join the new Tax Team we are building for Sanofi Consumer Healthcare. In that respect, we are very much attached to find a candidate with a strong sense of commitment, towards the tasks, the business and the team.


Although mostly located in France, our Tax team is spread over many geographies and we offer you to be part of an international setting with many contacts across different functions and countries. As part of the China & AMEA Tax Team (that is operationally responsible for tax matters in all Asian countries, Middle East and Africa), you will report to the CHC Head of Tax for China & AMEA located in China / Singapore.


Main responsibilities:

  • As our new Tax Manager, you will play an essential role in overseeing tax matters in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
  • With more than 15 legal entities in various geographies and major countries, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's overall financial health.
  • You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, IT, Procurement, and operations, to ensure that tax considerations are integrated into business decisions.
  • Your analytical and problem-solving abilities will help you to monitor changes in tax laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.

About you

  • We're looking for a candidate with deep knowledge and proven experience in international tax and transfer pricing regulation, as well as solid expertise in direct and indirect taxes of another major country or company that you worked before.
  • You'll need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • The role requires someone who can adapt to an agile environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • You'll manage relationships with external tax advisors, tax authorities, and auditors while ensuring compliance with local Transfer Pricing requirements in coordination with our Transfer Pricing Team.
  • Fluency in English is essential navigate with multiple countries and multiple stakeholders.
