Job Responsibilities:
· World check processing of new applications.
· Giro forms processing (Hardcopy & Softcopy).
· Performing of maker and checker role when processing Giro forms.
· Ensuring incoming cases are handled on time and accurately (via Email & in-house system).
· Tallying of end of day cases for daily report.
· Familiar with Microsoft Office.
· Proactive, accuracy and can work independently.
Job Requirements
· Minimum ‘O’ Levels.
· Good written and verbal communication (English)
· Basic computer and technical skills
· Data entry experience and strong admin background
· An understanding of priorities and the ability to meet services datelines
· Ability to assume responsibility for assigned daily + (Ad hoc) tasks and to achieve daily target
· Proficient in MS Office (MS Teams, Outlook). Familiarity in the use of PC/Laptops.
