What will you do:

  • Operations & Payroll
    • Possess a strong understanding of HR process chains and responsibilities within People operations domain
    • Track headcount fluctuations and possess good vendor management skills and knowledge – both insurance and payroll vendors
    • Develop reports for monthly, quarterly, annual dashboards and prepare government-regulated reports and surveys
    • Represent the company during audit/ regulatory checks
    • HRIS employee core database management that support HR operations and employee data management.
    • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to HR activities (onboarding, new employee data, training, performance management)
    • Work closely with People Experience team to support and execute HR-related initiatives
    • Manage payroll and benefit administration for allocated country(s) and assist when support is needed
    • Work closely with payroll vendor on payroll activities such as: Generating reports, reviewing and validating, monthly salary, incentive, bonus, and any other customized components
    • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll including: Benefits, taxation, pro-ration and other deductions compliant with manpower regulation in countries we operate
  • Rewards, Compensation & Benefits
    • Work with HR Leaders to manage and enhance the company’s compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and align with our business goals.
    • Collaborate with People experience team and business leaders to design and implement total rewards initiatives that foster a positive work environment and high employee engagement.
    • Conduct market research and analyze compensation trends to recommend adjustments and updates to our total rewards strategy
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects that enhance employee wellbeing and organizational culture.
    • Provide support to employees and managers regarding benefits, compensation, and HR policies.
    • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing employee compensation and benefits.
    • Manage ESOP and Benefits administration and liaise internally with Finance and employees
    • Manage Benefits administration and employee perks and wellness programmes
  • Any other tasks assigned.


What we are looking for:

  • Have at least 1 year of experience in People Operations or Total Rewards
  • Experience with working in a sizeable and fast paced environment with multi-cultural workforce
  • Demonstrated experience in employee lifecycle, payroll administration and/or Compensation & Benefits
  • Thorough and up-to-date working knowledge of Human Resource
  • Highly analytical, meticulous, and ability to prioritize and complete work in a timely and accurate manner independently
  • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to thrive in an organization
  • Demonstrate critical thinking skills and able to assess issues from multiple angles comprehensively to problem solve effectively
  • Proactiveness to get involved in hands on activities and be a team player
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Drive etc.)
