CRM
- Be the main contact with HQ CRM team and markets’ CRM teams to ensure the smooth organization of the CRM events, Masterclasses, CRM topics (campaigns, loyalty programmes, data collection, lead generation intiatives).
- Lead the markets in defining their annual CRM strategies and action plans and provide timely reviews to attain CRM goals.
- Collaborate with markets to ensure that all executions are in line with global guidelines, brand expectations and local marketing objectives
- Consolidate and analyze consumer data for key launch campaigns (both quantitative and qualitative) to derive business indication and provide related action plans for markets to deliver CRM objectives.
- Garner latest consumer trends & insights in APAC
DIGITAL MARKETING:
- Identify digital innovations within the industry, strategize future opportunities and pioneer new initiatives (eg. new apps and platforms)
- Be involved in the execution of digital projects, whenever the opportunities arise and ensure the follow-up of the implementation of digital initiatives
