Job Description:
- Conduct safety briefings and talks.
- Develop and enforce EHS policies.
- Promote safety culture and initiatives.
- Conduct risk assessments and inspections.
- Coordinate audits and maintain documentation.
- Facilitate EHS committee meetings.
- Stay updated on safety regulations.
- Coordinate Permit to Work System and contractor safety.
- Manage workplace repairs and safety equipment.
- Investigate incidents and conduct safety training.
- Manage security systems and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs with contractors/vendors
- These responsibilities are essential for maintaining safety and compliance across different operational areas.
Requirements:
- Min. Degree/Diploma in Engineering or related field.
- Min. 2-3 years of SHE management experience
- keen to develop a career in EHS (company is willing to train
- Has strong data analytic, strong in excel and writing
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
