Position: Warehouse Logistics Coordinator
- Location: Pioneer, Singapore
- Working Hours: 5.5 Days; Mon - Fri: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Saturday: 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
- Remuneration Package: Basic Up to $2900 + AWS (13 Month Bonus) + Variable Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and manage complaints regarding shipments.
- Prepare payment vouchers, validate vendor costings, close shipment files, and organize documents efficiently.
- Coordinate communication with customers, shipping lines, transport teams, trucking partners, and overseas offices to ensure smooth pickup and delivery of shipments.
- Ensure customer requirements are fulfilled and maintain customers updated on order statuses.
- Timely billing and collection of charges from consignees or their representatives.
- Proactive follow-up with airlines and overseas offices on any cargo discrepancies or issues.
Requirements:
- Experience in Zero-GST Warehouse.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse experience.
- Proficiency in freight forwarding, import/export procedures, and permit declarations.
