Responsibilities:
-Collaborate closely with physicians and technologists to conduct diagnostic magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examinations on patients.
-Ensure the quality and safety of MRI scans, adhering to established protocols and safety measures.
-Provide support to patients throughout the MRI scanning process, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
-Assist physicians and technologists in positioning patients correctly for optimal imaging results.
-Maintain accurate records of MRI procedures performed, including patient information and imaging parameters.
-Adhere to strict safety protocols to minimize risks associated with MRI procedures.
-Continuously monitor and assess patient well-being during MRI examinations, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.
Requirements:
-Possess a minimum Diploma in Radiography.
-Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
-While 1 year of experience as a Radiographer MRI is preferred, it is not mandatory.
-Familiarity with Siemens, Philips, and GE MRI systems is advantageous.
-Applicants should hold at least a Diploma in Radiography.
-Registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) is mandatory.
-Previous experience with Siemens, Philips, and GE MRI systems is considered a positive attribute.
