Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Company's main representative, maintaining professionalism and exhibiting a positive and empathetic attitude in all interactions.
- Address customer needs promptly and accurately by providing guidance and information.
- Responds to the customer complaints effectively by offering appropriate solutions and ensuring resolution within set timelines.
- Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, including customers, contractors, and workshops.
- Responsible in preparing quotations, work orders, and manage job orders by issuing them to workshops and contractors.
- Collaborate with controllers and contractors to uphold service/repair quality and pricing standards.
- Monitor vehicle service/repair progress and communicate feedback to customers.
- Keep customers informed about service/repair schedules and vehicle collection arrangements.
- Conduct preliminary investigations into customer complaints and suggest solutions within established guidelines.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least 1-3 years of experience in Administrative, Support, Customer Service.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
