Sales Administrator

Summary:

We're looking for a driven and organized Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team! You'll play a vital role in supporting our sales & business development engineers by ensuring a seamless customer experience, from initial inquiries to order fulfillment and beyond.


Responsibilities:


Sales Coordination & Order Management:

  • Process customer inquiries, quotes, and orders efficiently.
  • Collaborate with logistics & warehousing for accurate and timely order deliveries.
  • Proactively manage customer order progress and address inquiries promptly.

Customer Success & Relationship Building:

  • Understand customer needs and recommend solutions that meet their technical specs, budget, and delivery requirements.
  • Assist in creating competitive quotes, proposals, and technical documents.
  • Follow up on quotes to convert them into profitable sales.
  • Provide after-sales support to foster long-term customer relationships.

Supplier Management & Procurement:

  • Liaise with suppliers, issue purchase orders, and coordinate purchases.
  • Research and identify new suppliers when needed, obtaining quotes and comparing pricing/specifications.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • Diploma in Engineering, Business, or Science (or relevant experience and ITE/ GCE N/O/A Levels).
  • Proficiency in IT productivity software (e.g., Google Workspace).
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills (written & verbal) at all levels.
  • A conscientious, reliable, and eager-to-learn attitude.
  • Experience in the engineering industry (a plus).
  • Experience with SAP (a plus).
