Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full spectrum of the HR function, such as recruitment & selection, pass application, HR data update, training, HR audit, BCA matter etc.
- To handle end-to-end work passed related issues such as work pass application, renewal, cancellation, appealing, expiration, follow up with medical check-ups, updating personal particulars to MOM, visa application etc.
- Responsible for maintaining HR/Admin documentation including date entry, filling etc.
- Maintain employee database and ensure that they are kept confidential.
- Handle Pre-housing, on-boarding, and off-boarding.
- Check and submit employee’s leave and claim.
- Handle WIC & FWMI matter, liaise with insurance brokers, and submit accident report etc.
- Assist with the implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing and executing employee engagement and welfare programs.
- Performance any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Job Requirements:
· Higher Secondary/Pre-university/” A “Level, Diploma
· At least 3 years working experience in construction industry.
· Knowledge of MOM regulations & practices
· Proficient in Microsoft office
· Ability to work independently.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
· 5 days’ work week (9am to 6pm)
