Job Responsibilities:
- Delivering company's brand promise at all times and offering high levels of consistent, quality service support to our customers.
- Ensuring the delivery of quality services provided to customers over various platforms, supporting the long-term achievement of business objectives.
- Meeting monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) consistently.
- Performing sales calls and attending to customers’ requests in line with policies and procedures.
- Communicating effectively with customers using simple, clear, and concise methods.
- Actively listening and probing appropriate questions to accurately recommend products and solutions based on customers’ needs.
- Proactively engaging customers through the sales cycle and ensuring prompt follow-up on every lead to increase Contact Center Outbound sales conversion.
- Effectively handling complaints at the first point of contact, aiming to resolve situations to customers’ satisfaction.
- Being customer-centric by gathering customers’ feedback, ideas, and suggestions to bring the team/organization closer to our customers.
- Actively participating in process improvement sessions, providing constructive feedback and suggestions.
- Escalating all feedback relating to products and services to relevant parties and documenting within systems.
- Working towards the team’s objectives and demonstrating commitment to achieve business targets and personal goals.
- Participating in team meetings and ongoing specialized training to ensure the accuracy of information communicated to clients.
- Performing other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
Qualifications:
- O Level and above with Insurance Certificates (BCP & PGI)
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a contact center environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and KPIs consistently.
- Proactive and results-driven approach.
- Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
