- Documents preparation for sourcing quotations
- Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
- Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders
- Responsible for coordination with contractors, suppliers and other parties for purchase orders made
- To assist in the review and settlement of any claims as may be raised by subcontractors
- Post-contract procedure involving settlement of final accounts
