Job Description:
- Responsible for ALL M&E Construction Activites on Site reporting to Project Manager .
- Manage construction activities and progress independently.
- Able to understand M&E drawings, specifications and requirements.
- Attend project kick off meeting, project team meeting, etc and updates on progress.
- Monitor all site staff, workers and subcontractor performance.
- Control materials, tools and equipment ordered and delivered.
- Ensure all discrepancies in drawings must be identified and cleared with consultants prior to site job progress.
- Manage all project schedules.
- Prepare and routinely upkeep Project Construction Plan, site access plan, hoisting plan, temporary utilities plan, temporary office, holding areas, etc.
- Ensure adequate quality control measures either via on-site/off-site inspection and all completion/pre-handover inspections.
- Check that approved /correct materials are used within specifications/certifications submitted, recorded and approved.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering discipline or equivalent.
- Extensive experience with at least 5 years of relevant experience in LTA Infrastructure Projects for M&E Systems.
- Proven track records of successful project completion on time and on budget.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all levels of employees.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Able to work on initiatives and to work as a team.
