Responsibilities:
1) Recruitment
- Manage all aspects of recruitment, including reviewing job descriptions, posting job advertisement, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews to offering and on-boarding of new hires
- Liaise with respective department and hiring managers to determine hiring needs
- Rationalize all recruitment channels in terms of rates, services, terms & conditions
- Apply work passes and liaise with MOM on work pass related issues
- Prepare LOA and file new hire documents
2) Dormitory
- Ensure timely submission of check-in/out forms to dormitory management for employee movement
- Manage rental contracts with respective dormitories
- Manage dormitory listing of company employee
3) Training Courses
- Apply for mandatory courses for employees such as Construction Safety Orientation Course and CoreTrade
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of HR experience
- Good comprehension and communication skills, both written and spoken to interface with all levels of people internally and externally
- Well-versed in local regulations such as Employment Act
- Have a positive mindset with openness to accept additional challenges and opportunities that comes along
- An individual contributor with strategic thinking, resourceful and proactive
