HR Assistant / Executive

Rico Engineering Works Pte Ltd

Responsibilities:


1) Recruitment

  • Manage all aspects of recruitment, including reviewing job descriptions, posting job advertisement, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews to offering and on-boarding of new hires
  • Liaise with respective department and hiring managers to determine hiring needs
  • Rationalize all recruitment channels in terms of rates, services, terms & conditions
  • Apply work passes and liaise with MOM on work pass related issues
  • Prepare LOA and file new hire documents

2) Dormitory

  • Ensure timely submission of check-in/out forms to dormitory management for employee movement
  • Manage rental contracts with respective dormitories
  • Manage dormitory listing of company employee

3) Training Courses


Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of HR experience
  • Good comprehension and communication skills, both written and spoken to interface with all levels of people internally and externally
  • Well-versed in local regulations such as Employment Act
  • Have a positive mindset with openness to accept additional challenges and opportunities that comes along
  • An individual contributor with strategic thinking, resourceful and proactive
