Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team as a : Assistant Outlet Manager
Job Description:
•Our client is a Western Chain Restaurant
•6 days’ work week
•Learn and perform Front & Back of House roles& task.
•Order stock and maintain inventory
•Schedule staff and maintain customer feedback
•Maintain food hygiene and outlet cleanliness
Assistant Outlet Manager is expected to learn all operation duties, responsibilities to run a smooth operation, possess excellent communication skill with customers and with team members, be a team-player, a respecful leader, be management-minded – behave like one, walk the talk, be role model to staff and speak like one upon completion of training. You will need to know Policies and procedures by hard and execute all checklists and management instructions dutyfully.
Requirements
•Diploma/ Degree holder or equivalent
•Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
•Keen interest to learn operational and management skills.
•Ability to multi-task and excellent organizational skills
•Ability to adapt in fast - paced and fast - changing environment.
•Able to keep up with operations/shift hours, weekends and public holidays included.
•Any other duties as assigned by your superior
