Responsibilities
- Participate in new product development project from concept to launch
- Support and improve existing product lines
- Support activities to reduce production cost, lead-time and improve product reliability and quality
- Collaborate with external partners in joint product development projects
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, product specifications, production schedules, and any other deliverables
- Establish engineering specifications and production processes to meet technical, functional and quality requirements
- Coordinate and support manufacturing of prototypes and products to ensure reliability and quality of product
- Develop and perform assembly and test procedures for product according to specifications
- Identify and resolve all issues effectively to achieve all objectives
- Ensure proper documentation (including manuals) of all required information for product/projects
- Support product installations and any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair
- Provide product training and support internally and distributors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical or System related Engineering
- 3-5 years relevant experience in product development
- Familiar with programming languages C and C++
