The person whom we are looking for should have the following requisites:
1) A minimum of 2 years relevant experience including contract management, design skills, communication skills, co-ordination skills, BIM (would be an added asset).
2) To be able to work independently and need the least supervision.
3) A team player who can work well with fellow colleagues.
