Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customer service representatives to swiftly and effectively resolve customers’ security system issues.
- Deliver support and maintenance services encompassing routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, system upgrades/expansions/alterations, and systems training.
- Foster increased customer satisfaction and nurture long-term customer relationships.
- Renew maintenance contracts as needed to ensure ongoing service provision.
- Uphold company's service quality by adhering strictly to company standards and policies, ensuring prompt and efficient responses to all service requests within the region.
- Manage daily troubleshooting and diligently follow up on all unresolved technical issues until resolution is achieved.
- Assume responsibility for all service matters post external project handover from the project team.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or higher qualification in Electronic, Computer, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Prior experience in the security industry with proficiency in access control, video surveillance, and alarm systems is advantageous.
- Fundamental IT knowledge covering hardware, networks, and databases.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong analytical prowess and adept problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated capacity for self-directed learning and autonomous work.
- Customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
