- Position: Logistics Coordinator
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Saturday: 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
- Working Location: Within the Pioneer Area, Singapore

Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the resolution of shipment issues and effectively coordinate logistics.
- Maintain clear and efficient communication with stakeholders to ensure seamless shipment pickup and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements and uphold accurate documentation standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, address complaints professionally, and manage document organization.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant warehouse experience.
- Prior experience working in a Zero-GST Warehouse.
- Proficiency in freight forwarding, import/export procedures, and permit declarations.
