Job description
- Responsible for the procurement of goods and services as per requestor’s requirement.
- Able to work independently with respective stakeholders, adhere and meet timeline as per requirement
- Sourcing for service providers/suppliers and prequalification
- Manage the RFQ process and negotiate terms and prices
- Evaluation of bids, attend bids clarifications and recommend award
- Issuance of Purchase Order and track orders
- Pre and Post award administration
- Prepare procurement and project cost reports
- Vendors Management
- Adhere to procurement policy and process
- Any other adhoc task assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree Business Administration or related study
- Procurement working experience for a minimum 2 years
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Knowledge of Oracle Netsuite and Sesami e-procurement system is an advantage
- Effective negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to operate and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and challenging deadlines
- Must be customer-oriented, adaptive thinker, good team player, proactive, with good judgment and decision making ability
