Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle travel reservations, from quotes to finalization, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to email inquiries, providing comprehensive information and assistance.
  • Utilize industry-specific computer systems to book accommodations and travel arrangements.
  • Follow up on internet leads, converting them into actual sales through effective communication and customer service.

Requirements:

  • Enjoy interacting with people and possess an outgoing, friendly, and energetic personality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for handling travel documents and data.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese languages, for communicating with Chinese-speaking clients.Working knowledge of the tour and travel industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
