Job Description
Team Head Treasury is a Professional who independently owns a distinct area of the service catalogue and may lead sub team.
- Proactively runs medium complexity projects or initiates independently and drives team-relevant system and process changes and enhancements.
- Provides his/her superior with constructive and meaningful solution beyond their immediate area of responsibility and keeps on the oversight of all assigned tasks.
- The person is entrusted with for example A-signatory rights or other designated tasks.
- Is a subject matter expert who owns a distinctive area of the service catalogue and can resolve high complexity day-to-day situations and requests.
- Represents the team in platform-wide initiatives (e. g. handover, onboarding), provides solution-oriented guidance to stakeholders and proactively voices potential concerns.
- Shows strong people and leadership skills, conducts introduction sessions.
- Supervises the work of others and ensures that they are engaged in their work.
- Typically leads a small team with 3-5 direct reports.
- Conducts regular 1:1s with the team members to ‘feel the pulse’ and show care.
- Is successful in building, maintaining and leveraging internal and external relationship.
- Takes the lead in organizing and running internal and external training sessions and building a know-how database for the team and the wider firm.
Requirements:
- The typical educational and professional experience of a Senior Treasurer / Team Head Treasurer.
- Master’s degree plus 4-6 years of relevant working experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years of relevant professional experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, banking or related area.
