What you'll do:
As an Trade Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing the creative visual development of POSM materials while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. You will coordinate closely with external vendors during colour proofing and mock-up creation processes to ensure top-quality outputs. Your keen eye for detail will be crucial in maintaining data integrity through rigorous data sanitation processes.
Additionally, you will generate insightful daily reports on display quality index (QI) that will help identify areas for improvement. Your proactive involvement in implementing new tools and technologies will significantly enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee the creative visual development of POSM materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and shopper’s playbook.
- Coordinate colour proofing and mock-up creation processes, collaborating closely with external vendors to produce top-quality POSM materials.
- Raise purchase orders and manage the budget tracker for POSM, tracking expenses, monitoring budget utilisation, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain data integrity through meticulous data sanitation processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information related to the KPIs.
- Generate insightful daily reports on display quality index (QI), analysing data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the implementation of new tools, processes, and technologies to streamline POSM operations and enhance efficiency.
