Job Responsibilities:
- Novel BCD platform device development.
- TCAD device simulation and deck calibration.
- Device test key design, layout, analysis.
- Device bench testing (DC/HV/reliability) and characterization.
- Device tuning, on time delivery, pass reliability qualification.
Required Capabilities:
- Solid semiconductor device physics and analysis skill, strong knowledge on bipolar and power devices.
- Experienced in BCD device development/ characterization is preferred.
- Hands on TCAD simulation/ calibration, layout skill, power device bench test is preferred.
- Good communication and team work skill.
- Self-motived and avid learner.
Qualifications:
- Preferred Master's or Ph.D. degree in Physics or Electrical Engineering.
- Relevant working experience in BCD development is preferred.
- Proficient in both oral and written English.
